The recruitment process culminates in Bid Day, when potential new members are offered bids to join a sorority.
In addition to the two sororities on campus, UW-Oshkosh also has a number of other student organizations that provide opportunities for students to connect with others who share similar interests or identities. These organizations include but are not limited to:

- Student Leadership and Involvement Center: A group that provides opportunities for students to get involved on campus and develop leadership skills.
- Multicultural Education Center: A group that provides resources and support for students of diverse backgrounds.
