After recruitment, students who receive bids from sororities may choose to accept or decline them.
Once students become members of a sorority, they participate in a variety of activities and events throughout the year. These may include sisterhood events, social events with other Greek organizations, community service projects, and philanthropic fundraisers. Sorority members are also expected to maintain a certain GPA and abide by their sorority’s values and standards.
