The University of San Diego is a private exploration university. The University was an independent college for women in San Diego called San Diego College for women and San Diego College, which had a college for men and a school of law. Admission conditions for Transfer Students

Courses from regionally approved institutions can be transferred if the grades are “C” or above. Online courses and courses from nonaccredited universities or trade seminaries can not be transferred to the University of San Diego. All courses transferred to the University of San Diego are for unit credit only.
