Fort Lewis College is a public liberal arts college located in Durango, Colorado, United States. Some of their signature events include the AGD Mr. Fort Lewis competition, the AGD Mock Rock event, and the AGD Pancake Breakfast.
Sigma Kappa (SK) was founded at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, in 1874. The Fort Lewis College chapter was established in 1994 and is committed to promoting sisterhood, personal growth, and philanthropy. SK’s national philanthropy is the Alzheimer’s Association, which supports research and awareness of Alzheimer’s disease. The Fort Lewis College chapter hosts several events each year to raise money for the foundation, including the SK Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the SK Chocolate Fest, and the SK Trivia Night.
