Elizabethtown College (EC) is a private liberal arts college located in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, United States. The college offers a wide range of undergraduate programs, as well as a vibrant student life with many extracurricular activities. Alpha Sigma Tau (AST) was founded at Michigan State Normal College (now Eastern Michigan University) in Ypsilanti, Michigan, in 1899. AST’s philanthropic efforts focus on promoting awareness and prevention of hunger. Some of their signature events include the AST All-Campus Sing, the Mr. AST competition, and the annual Rho Gamma Run.
Delta Phi Epsilon (DPhiE) was founded at New York University Law School in 1917. The EC chapter was established in 1973 and has a strong commitment to personal growth, sisterhood, and community service. DPhiE’s national philanthropy is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the EC chapter hosts several events each year to raise money for the foundation, including a DPhiE Volleyball Tournament, a DPhiE Lip Sync Battle, and a DPhiE Brunch and Bingo.
Sigma Sigma Sigma (Tri Sigma) was founded at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia, in 1898. The EC chapter was established in 1933 and is committed to promoting sisterhood, personal growth, and philanthropy. Tri Sigma’s national philanthropy is the Robbie Page Memorial Fund, which supports play therapy for hospitalized children. The EC chapter hosts several events each year to raise money for the fund, including a Tri Sigma Bachelor Auction, a Tri Sigma Volleyball Tournament, and a Tri Sigma Pancake Breakfast.
