If the customer wishes to return an item, that can be within 365 days from the day of purchase. If the order was shipped in the United States, the return can be initiated at that time by reaching Fanatics’ Return Center. Following are the steps:

  • Log in with the Order Number and shipping address zip code. If those two are unavailable, Choose “Start with an Email address” or “Continue with Google”.
  • Select “Start a Return”, follow the procedure and complete the return.

The items to be returned should be in their original condition and unused. It will take 2-7 days for the refund to process.
