Roseman University of Health Sciences was founded by Dr. Harry Rosenberg in 1999. Then it was called Nevada College of Pharmacy. Now it is a private university located in Henderson, Nevada, focusing mainly on healthcare. It has two campuses, one in Nevada and another in South Jordan, Utah. Admission requirements and GPA

The admission requirements are different for each college at Roseman University. The general requirement is proof of identification. Any one of the following documents can act as proof of identity.

Admission Requirements for College of Nursing

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) admissions open in August, December, and October. Admissions open in August for February hybrid online BSN and on-campus BSN. June and spring hybrid online BSN take admission in Dec and October respectively. 

The candidate is supposed to study the following subjects with a GPA of 2.75 and total credits of 60 with a bachelor’s or 54 without a bachelor’s.

Admission Requirements for College of Dental Medicine

College of dental medicine offers 4 courses. The requirements for each are different. The general requirements are listed below. Visit the website for further details.

  • GPA 3.0
  • The candidate should have studied the following subjects for two semesters. 

Organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physics, and English communication. 

  • The candidate should have studied biological sciences for 6 semesters. 
  • DAT test, the scores on academic average, perceptual ability, reading comprehension, and total science must be higher than 16. 
  • Letter of evaluation by the health professionals advisory committee. If students cannot produce this, then two letters of evaluation from science and one from any other faculty who knows the student well. 

Admission Requirements for College of Pharmacy

  • Complete a minimum of 60 semester credit hours 
  • GPA should be 2.8 out of 4.0
  • C in science, and math, and B in English communication 

Admission Requirements for College of Graduate Studies 

The requirements for a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MBS) are:

  • A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work from the same.
  • GPA 4.0
  • Three letters of recommendations 
  • Letter of interest 

The admission requirements for a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSPS) are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (biotechnology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or similar field) from an accredited college or university. 
  • GPA 3.0
  • Three letters of recommendations 
  • Personal statement (Which specifies your goals, and why you want to study MSPS, research interest, etc.)
