General Knowledge about Technology :

The future of the digital world is here, and it is exciting. The tech industry is going through breakthroughs every day, and it is not slowing down anytime soon. They need to know that it is not just about computers anymore. It is about everything: cars, homes, phones—even bodies! People can get a robotic limb now if they need one, or one that looks like their own skin; moreover, we are still figuring out how to make it feel like their old arm or leg did before they lost them.

History of Google Classroom:

Google Classroom launched in 2012. It was to make it easier for teachers to create and manage assignments and communicate with students. The company had already experimented with education tools before this release. They launched a search engine for educational resources called Google Custom Search Engine (GCS) in 2005. They also set up a social network for teachers called Gmail G Suite for Education (GGFTE) in 2007. However, these products were not very successful because the designs were not specifically for either teachers or students; instead, they made them for anyone who wanted them (and there were not many people who did). In other words: the original versions of these products did not meet the needs of their intended target audience!

Google Classroom had launched in 2012, but it was not until 2013 that it took off. That year saw more than 1 million users sign up for the service. By 2014, it had over 5 million users across more than 500 schools around the world, including Harvard University (US), University College London (UK), Stanford University (US), MIT (US), Yale University (US), Oxford University (UK), Princeton University (US), Cambridge University (UK), McGill University (CA), Duke University (US), New York University, Abu Dhabi.

About Google Classroom:

Google Classroom is a service developed by Google for schools to simplify creating, distributing, and grading assignments.

Google Classroom is an educational app for students and teachers to manage classrooms and homework organization.

It is back-to-school made better together.

A classroom is a collaboration tool that helps teachers connect to their classes while providing students with the tools they will need to succeed.

How to use Google Classroom:

Step 1: Find the class code on the first day of school or ask the teacher for it. Enter this code in order to sign up for Google Classroom.

Step 2: Sign in to the school’s Gmail account and visit https://classroom.google.com/signup/. Enter the class code when prompted and click “Sign up.” Then enter an email address associated with the school account to access the classes from anywhere (even after you leave campus). Create a password for the account (or let Google generate one ) to sign in each time.

Limitations of Google Classroom:

Google Classroom limit is a feature that allows setting a maximum number of students who can join the classroom. It is helpful if a teacher wants to give the class access to Google Classroom. It helps to control how many students have access to the classroom.

One can set a limit by going to Settings > Access > Limit student accounts. They will have to enter the number of student accounts they want to allow in their classroom.

Google Classroom allows a person to create a class, including 20 teachers. If one has more than 20 teachers in a class, he/she must create another class for the additional teachers. If it is a school/work account, then the total limit on the number of participants is 1,000, but if it is a personal account, the limit to the number of members is around 250 only.

While using the work/school account, there is also no limitation on the number of classes one can create in a day, while that of using a personal account is limited to only 30 classes per day.

Solutions to the limitations of Google Classrooms:

If one is looking for a way around this limit, several options are available. One option is to create sub-groups within the main class so that one can assign different activities or projects to smaller groups of students. For example, if a teacher has 40 students in his/her class, but only 20 need to complete an assignment on a given day, create a sub-group for those 20 students and assign them the activity. Another option is to create different classes and send invitations to the students who need access to each one individually; however, this can be time-consuming because each student will have their own Google account and email address.

A third option is to use Google+ Communities instead of Google Classroom so that more people can be involved in discussions without having access to grades or other confidential information (such as grades).
