Georgia Southern University (GSU) is a public research university located in Statesboro, Georgia. GSU has a vibrant Greek life community that includes several national sororities.

- Zeta Tau Alpha (ZTA): ZTA was founded at Longwood University in 1898 and is based on the values of scholarship, service, friendship, and leadership. The sorority participates in a variety of philanthropic events, including the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation and the Breast Cancer Education and Awareness Fund.
